To the Nilgiris Part 1

This was a spontaneous trip. And it was amazing! Most of the pictures were taken from a moving vehicle. .so, if the frame seem a little off. . *shrug* The best part was when we were sorta one with nature. Word's can't describe how I felt. It was really peaceful. Random animal sighting. Majority of it being monkeys though haha. . .Oh! And the air was crisp and just so good! It wasn't very cold nor was it warm. Perfection. Inner peace? I think I'm pretty close :)
Felt as if I was in a movie. But really, it was only because it felt so good.

This particular area had very interesting buildings. Low ceiling I think and use of pillar was common and the houses were pretty old. You get the picture right? Ironic I didn't capture the one with pillars.

The tress behind were really flimsy.

This was HUGE!

Random Anna who tried so hard to sell his Chai.

Bliss and feeling blessed.

Vegetables

Let me tell you, it was not easy to get in and around Shivajinagar. Then again, I found my way back home. . .so, I guess it wasn't difficult either. It was so much fun to explore; so many colorful and very very pocket friendly things to find. Clothes, shoes, bags, fruits, vegetables, chandelier etc. you name it! Quality won't be all that great but doable.

I need to get back and explore a little more. I'll wait for winter. Summer here is just too god damn hot!

Glimpse

To sum it up, candid pictures are the best. Also, Dunkin' Donuts has a very nice interior.

Nostalgia

Right now I want to be home, walk up to the terrace, sit, relax and take a deep breath whilst enjoying nature that surrounds us. My mind is a chaos right now. The storm may be here, but I'm convinced it will pass. Sigh~

Mini Trip

I didn't know few kilometers away from my comfort zone, there would be a place this beautiful. Summer has been harsh but this day was just perfect. I think it was the scenery and everything that me forget about the heat, plus it was very breezy. I just wanted to sit for a while and just stare at the beauty. Had a brief boat ride, it felt so peaceful, I just sat there and I didn't click much. The people & the atmosphere's positive. The place isn't that crowded.

So, to conclude, spontaneous trips are the best!

Today

This is pretty much what I see every day. I felt it was prettier today. You see, it has been raining cats and dogs the entire night and the morning was. . . .well, very wet, it still rained but lighter. Mom and I decided to do some fishing because when it rains, you can catch a lot if the pond is nearby a paddy field. So, that is when I see the man working on his field and my thoughts were like 'wow! if that was me, I'd pretty much be whining about the slippery path and the fact that it was raining'. But then, a man's gotta do what he's gotta do. Each of have duties to fulfill, small or big.
Moral of the story, I don't think I should compare myself to the man working on the field. We have different duties to deal with. And if I'm not wrong, we're happy the way we are. You get what I'm trying to say?
