When I saw this bicycle, I sorta had that flashback moment. It reminded me of my childhood days. My sister had something similar in white and red. I always wanted to learn how to ride one but was always too afraid to even try. Even my little brother could ride them without the extra wheels. Finally, at the age of 10 or 11, the moment I landed in my hometown 'Kangleipak'[during winter vacation], I don't remember what got into me but I did it at one go. No mini accident whatsoever. To this day I still consider it a miracle.
Those few moves/tricks he did seconds before this was pretty cool. I didn't capture them because by the time I adjusted the settings, got the angle right, and made sure the umbrella was stable, it was over. Yes, unfortunate. I'd like to shoot this kind and what I missed in the future.
I can totally picture myself standing on the balcony, with a fancy gown and dramatically singing Taylor's '. . .Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone. . .' That said, the Palace is pretty. The interiors weren't so majestic as I expected too much. But I'm sure those rooms where visitors weren't allowed were. The current King/Prince still resides so that explains.
